Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

For best bus – yes purchase in advance online or over phone or just purchase in person upon arrival.
For our trips and programs we require reservations in advance.
For bluebirds – $5 for day trips $10 for overnight trips, remaining balance shortly after.
For charters – quotes and invoice will give you dates. After confirming for deposits per buses , full balance will be required 2 weeks prior trip dates.

What if it rains?

Our services runs rain or shine unless instructed otherwise. If it is life threatening we will postpone, cancel or reschedule.

Is this service suitable for children?

While children are welcome onboard. Please keep in mind to chaperone at all times.

Are we on the bus for the entire service? Is there walking involved?

For charters – we follow instructions as per itinerary. Please wear the appropiate apparels for the requested service.
For bluebirds – yes there is walking, we do try to accommodate as much as possible but please wear the appropriate fittings for the occasion.

Is the service narrated?

Narration is based on the type of charter service requested. So per itinerary.

Is there a restroom on the bus?

Yes, there is a restroom on the bus.

Is the bus wheelchair and stroller accessible?

Yes, the coach buses are wheelchair and stroller accessible.

What kind of vehicle will we be traveling in?

Our buses are usually 56 pax.

Are food and beverages included on the services provided? Can I bring my own?

While no food or beverages are included in the service, feel free to bring your own snacks and/or drinks (no alcohol please). We will be stopping for lunch/dinner per instructions.

Is there assigned seating on the bus?

Seating is first come, first served. Please arrive early to ensure that your group can sit together.

Can I leave my belongings on the bus if we get off? May I bring luggage on the bus?

Yes, but please keep in mind that we will make several stops. If you are not comfortable leaving your belongings on the bus during this time, you may want to consider taking them with you.

Are cameras allowed onboard?

Yes you may bring a camera to capture memories.

How should I dress?

We recommend comfortable walking shoes and dressing appropriately for the weather as we will be getting off the bus at certain locations.

Are services only available in English?

Yes, at the moment we can only offer in English. Unless there is a translator on board for you.

Is there parking available nearby?

Yes, for charters, please check with your trip leader for parking. For bluebirds, please check the bluebird book for day trip and overnight parking.

Are gratuities included?

Gratuities are not included in the chartering price. While not required, gratuities are accepted and always appreciated by the driver guides.

Are dogs/pets allowed on the bus?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed onboard. Only service animals are permitted.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted at all, on board the bus or near. Please be sure to step away from the bus to smoke if doing so. Keep in mind people may have asthmas.

Are gift certificates available?

At the moment, gift certificates are not available for purchase. Its only available for Bluebirds Senior Tours.

Can I arrange a private tour?
