We ask that you indicate the date(s) of the trip on the check to discourage any mistakes in posting.
If you pay by cash, you must present the exact amount. Payment can also be made by credit card. Trip money will be accepted as soon as the reservation has been confirmed. Please refer to the Bluebird Tour Program Policy Manual for full details of the policies governing the Bluebird Program. You may pick up a copy at the Manassas or Woodbridge Senior Center, the Central Office of the Agency on Aging.

The current Bluebird policy manual is available at the Prince William Area Agency on Aging office located at Prince William County Building – 5 County Complex, Suite 240, Woodbridge VA, and the Woodbridge and Manassas Senior Centers. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of important information concerning your Bluebird experience.
Payments for trips are due within two weeks of the reservation date; check, exact cash, money order or credit card is accepted. If you do not make your payment within those two weeks your name will be dropped from the reservation list. No notice is required to be given from the Tour Coordinator if your name is dropped from the reservation list if no payment is made.
A refund will only be given if there is someone on the “standby list” to take your space, or in the event that the Tour Coordinator can secure a full refund from the vendor.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please call the Quality Tour and speak with one of the agents handling the Bluebird Tours program. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $5.00 for day trips and $10.00 for overnight trips. The Bluebird Tour Program highly suggests Trip Cancellation Insurance for the longer more costly trips.
If you are interested in TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE, we suggest you call one of the following phone numbers for information or check with the American Automobile Association, if you are a member. We are providing these names and numbers for your convenience only, and do not recommend one over another. You must deal directly with the company chosen for any details or information:
In our one day bus trips for seniors, passengers boarding in Manassas sit on the driver’s side of the bus and passengers boarding in Woodbridge sit on the door side of the bus.
For all Bluebird Senior Travel Tours, plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before trip departure time.
It is at the bus driver and/or escort’s discretion as to which location will be dropped off first, based on the factors of driving, and time and scheduling constraints. Please note that all specific return times are approximations and may be adjusted.
